Updated Commuter Experience
Tri-Rail’s Ride Partners program makes getting to Tri-Rail stations easy and affordable. This program now offers $5 credits for use on Uber, Lyft, or taxis to and from Tri-Rail stations. Use of these $5 credits are limited to 12 uses per provider per calendar month. Use of this voucher requires an EASY Card and must go to or from a Tri-Rail Station.
Increased Savings
Smart use of these programs can provide riders with $120 per month in reduced travel costs to and from Tri-Rail stations if using both Uber and Lyft, or $180 per month if adding in use of taxis.
How it Works
Uber / Lyft
- Register here before your trip
- Riders must present a valid EASY Card to access the credits
- You will receive a text or email confirmation once vouchers have been sent with a unique link to access the credits. For quicker access, please register using the same email or phone number that is tied to your rideshare account. (allow up to 48 hrs to process)
- You can verify the credits are available for use by following these steps
- Uber home -> Account -> Wallet -> Vouchers
- Lyft home -> Payment -> Lyft Pass
- Credits will automatically apply to valid trips
- Offer not valid at MiamiCentral or Miami Airport Stations

Taxi
- Palm Beach County passengers requesting a Metro Taxi, including wheelchair-accessible vehicles, must contact Metro Taxi at (561) 777-7777 and specify a Tri-Rail connection
- A $5 discount will be applied to your trip
- Metro Taxi rides between the West Palm Beach Tri-Rail Station and Palm Beach International Airport receive a $15 discount
- Passengers in Broward must use Yellow Taxi (954) 777-7777
- Passengers in Miami-Dade must use Miami Taxi (305) 777-7777 and also register their EASY Card.

Other Modes
Circuit
- Circuit service to and from the West Palm Beach Station in the Circuit Service Area is available at $0-$8 based on destination and number of passengers
- A fixed route is available with RideWPB electric vans
- Download the Circuit app to request a ride
Freebee
- Freebee service to and from the Cypress Creek Station in the Freebee Service Area is available for FREE
- Download the Freebee app to request a ride
- On Weekdays and Weekends when Freebee is not in service, riders can access this area with a $5 credit on rides provided by Uber, Lyft or Yellow Cab
Airport Shuttle
- Complimentary shuttle bus service for Tri-Rail passengers between the Fort Lauderdale Airport Tri-Rail Station and the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport (FLL)
- Shuttle service runs during train operating hours approximately every 15 to 20 minutes
